How does the ordering process work?

Please select the desired rental period in the top center.

You can then select the appropriate category from the menu. Now you can already see clearly which items are still available for your period. You will also see the total rental price (plus optional accessories or pick-up & delivery service).

Place all desired aids in the shopping cart.

Now complete the order process. You can choose from a variety of payment methods. As soon as payment has been received, the vehicle is reserved for you.
What exact costs will I incur?

After you have selected the desired rental period in the top center, the final rental price will be displayed.

In addition, there are optional costs for a pick-up & delivery service.
up to 30 km: €49.00
per additional kilometer: plus €1.00 (up to max. 200 km)
Pick-up & drop-off always free of charge.

You do not have to pay a deposit with us.
Do I have to be present for the pick-up and delivery service?

No. As long as a third party (hotel reception, landlord, organizer, etc.) is on site and has been informed of our delivery, we can bring and collect the aids without your presence. However, we ask that you inform us of this during the ordering process.
Would you like to collect the aids yourself?

The rental station is located in Berlin-Mahlsdorf.

Please note that we do not always have our entire rental range available on site. Spontaneous rental without prior booking (by telephone or online) is therefore not possible. Apart from agreed appointments to collect or return the aids, there is no customer traffic and no regular opening hours.

Self-collection is also possible, but only after prior booking, as there is no regular customer traffic.

Our rental rates are designed for short-term periods and are particularly cost-effective up to around three months. If you want to be sure that the model you want is available, it is best to book well in advance.
