No. As long as a third party (hotel reception, landlord, organizer, etc.) is on site and has been informed of our delivery, we can bring and collect the aids without your presence. However, we ask that you inform us of this during the ordering process.

Apart from agreed appointments to collect or return the aids, there is no customer traffic and no regular opening hours.
